We offer a training program:
- 3 Week intensive Bakery Boot Camp that provides exposure to working in a commercial bakery, and focuses heavily on Basic Baking Knowledge and Skills, Safe Food Handling, Equipment Knowledge, and Kitchen Professionalism. Graduates are prepared for entry-level jobs including Packagers, Production Assistants, and Prep Cooks.
Our social enterprises provide trainees with opportunities for crucial hands-on experience in our wholesale bakery. All proceeds from these enterprises are invested back into the program.
