Additionally, while we welcome opportunities to improve patient satisfaction, we are committed to patient privacy and maintain that our social media sites are not the appropriate forums to register formal complaints. We reserve the right to remove any post or ban anyone who violates these guidelines. This policy applies to our social media presence as a whole, including YouTube and Twitter. We reserve the right to make modifications to this policy as needed.
