In May 1999, Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute acquired the gift of the 58-year old Broyhill Family home. The Broyhill House is situated on twelve private acres, yet is conveniently located in the heart of Lenoir, NC near shopping, dining, and hotel accommodations.

With 34 rooms spanning approximately 8,000 square feet, extensive grounds and lush landscaping, this historic house is the perfect location to host your next meeting or special event.
