Thank you for having inquired about our community. We have some great options for your move to The Bungalows at North Hills. The smallest of the 1 bedroom apartments is 557sq ft and the larger 1 bedroom is 709 sq ft.

We also have 2 bedroom apartments. The smallest 2 bedroom has 1 bath, and is 878sq.ft. The 2 bedroom 2 baths is 970sq ft.

We also offer 3 bedroom apartments. The 3 bedroom has 2 baths is 1,093sq ft.

We also offer 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes. The 2 bedroom with 2 baths is 1215sq feet and we also offer a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom,which is 1,479sq feet.

The deposit for any 1 bedroom apartment is a refundable $200.00. For the 2 bedrooms the deposit is a refundable $300.00. The deposit for a 3 bedroom apartment will be $350.00 and 2 or 3 bedroom townhome will be a refundable $400.00. The application fee is a non-refundable $50.00.

We allow cats and dogs. The pet deposit is $350.00 refundable deposit along with a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee, along with $25.00 per pet per month. We offer 2 beautiful pet parks along with various courtyard areas.

While enjoying the view of the majestic Franklin Mountains you can also take advantage of our fitness center that is available to our residents 24 hours a day. Our heated pool, lush garden style landscaping and professional staff, are other benefits you will enjoy as a resident of The Bungalows at North Hills.
