History came alive on the 1st of May, 2016. That’s when we opened the doors to The Burger Shack, calling home a beautiful, comfortable one-room house that perfectly replicates McAtee's Tavern in the classic, colonial style our area is so rightfully proud of.

Ever since, The Burger Shack has become a favorite lunch spot, dinner date and weekend meal for thousands of families, couples and hungry people in Chantilly, Centreville, Herndon, Greenbriar, Fairfax, Loudoun and throughout Northern Virginia.

We use the best ingredients available, from Michigan-grown certified premium Angus beef that’s always fresh and never frozen, hand pattied daily for a delicious variety of hamburger buns not available anywhere else.
