The Butcher and The Baker

We are a professional bakery in the White Mountains of northern Arizona. We serve the communities of Snowflake/Taylor, Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside and surrounding areas. We offer delivery of our products for a nominal fee.

Our products include all occasion cakes, cookies, brownies, muffins. We also do wedding cakes. We hope to be offering home cured bacon and sausages in the near future. We also offer baking and decorating classes if you want to learn a few new skills.

Most baked goods need a lead time of 4 days however, wedding cakes must be ordered 2 months in advance. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due of at the time of order. We accept credit cards using Square and PayPal. Cash is always accepted.

If you call us and don't get an answer PLEASE leave a message, we will return your call as soon as we can. Whether you needs muffins for a breakfast meeting, or cookies for a school event or a birthday cake we are glad to offer you the finest ingredients available. We never use GMO products in our baked goods.

We do not bake gluten free items as we cannot guarantee a wheat free kitchen.

We do offer no egg, no dairy options if needed.
