The Cages at the Mill

We are Berkshire County’s premier sports training facility. Established in October of 2013, our state of the art, 4200 square foot facility provides an indoor training space that allows athletes to take their game to the next level. Our climate controlled facility allows athletes to train year round to fine-tune their skills. We offer private and semi-private baseball and softball lessons, Baseball and Softball School, cage rentals, turf rental, speed and agility, and video analysis. The Cages at the Mill also hosts soccer and lacrosse instruction, camps, clinics and small sided tournaments.
