Hello my name is Jessica Fischer. I'm 40, married, have two children, two grand children and 6 rescue fur babies, I try my best to make the candles as flawless as I can. Candles are awesome! I taught myself how to make them in October 2014. It's quite a science ha-ha. The candles and all other items are made by me. All the materials are made and bought in the USA. My candles are (to my knowledge) 100% natural. They are soy wax made with a natural wax color chip, a cotton wick and fragrance oils. I don't put any additives in them. Due to me not putting additives in them as months pass the color "may" fade a little. If my customers would rather me add UV color stabilizer I will. I thought people would really like that there isn't any additives in them. Soy candles work just as good as paraffin wax candles sold by most big stores that are made over seas. I try my best to make them flawless. With any hand made items sometimes there are small visual imperfections but that doesn't bother the candle from smelling different or burning any different. I would not expect any one to purchase it that way if not wanted. I give customers their money back with the return of their item if they aren't happy. Some scents are naturally lighter than others and I can't make them stronger. If I add too much fragrance oil the candle won't cure correctly. They can only handle/have so much fragrance in them. I love seeing people smile. My goal is to make nice candles and other items that people love. I hope you enjoy The Candle Shop products!
