After the phone estimate, Tim will provide you with an additional estimate that includes, driving to your residency and making professional measurements. During this "in home estimate", Tim will provide a variety of carpet samples that closely match your ideal carpets based on the original phone estimate. This "in home service" is a one of a kind service that allows you to remain in the comfort of your own home/business while selecting carpets. After the "in home estimate", Tim will give you the exact price and give you the time needed to think and compare other prices. At the carpet company we always guarantee a fair and affordable price. Once you are ready to purchase, the carpet will be ordered that day. This is where we can start moving toward making your home even more beautiful than it already is. When the carpet arrives; it will be inspected, pre-cut, pre-seamed, and loaded into our vehicle. This is when we will set up a date and time that works for you to come install your carpet. We will personally install your carpet, and guarantee the installation. This is the part of the process that has sustained our success since 1980.
