The Cathedral

Since 2005 Pastor Todd and Pastor Tara Korpi have dreamed of planting a life-giving church that unchurched people would love to attend. But they didn’t want to plant in just any city. The City of Flint is a unique city for which Todd and Tara have a passion. What is that passion? To help people all over the Flint area connect with God so that they might reach their full potential and make a positive difference in the lives of people around them.

In late summer of 2012, Pastor Todd and Pastor Tara met with the lead pas- tor and board of the church at which they were serving in Kalamazoo, Michi- gan to ask their blessing to begin raising funds and building a launch team to prepare to birth a new and unique life-giving church in downtown Flint.

Since that time dozens of people have joined the launch team of what has become The Cathedral. On March 1, 2015 The Cathedral will officially open and Flint will never be the same again. We invite you to see for yourself how exciting church can be when the focus is clear and simple and people are free to go after God with passion!

Our Cathedral Pre-Launch Sundays are every Sunday at 10am at 1402 E Court Street, Flint, MI 48503.
