The Centennial Homestead Inc. has been an integral part of the Washington community since 1961. The Centennial Homestead Inc is a 41 bed Skilled Nursing facility. Our professional staff works closely with our consultants to provide individualized care for our residents. We are licensed by the Kansas Department of Aging and provide nursing care by licensed professional staff. Our care home is designed, equipped, and managed to meet the needs of our residents and assist in achieving the highest level of independence possible. Our qualified and experienced staff is committed to the total care of each individual. Services provided include: Professional Nursing Care, Skilled & Rehabilitative Services including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy, Hospice Services, Respite Services, Adult Day Care Services, and Home Health & Residential Homemaker services. In 2009, The Centennial Homestead Inc received a Four (4) Stars on the Five Star Rating! Ratings are determined based upon health inspection results, staffing data, and quality measures.
