The Central Appraisal District of Bandera County is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, created to appraise all of the taxable property within its jurisdiction at 100% of market value. The provisions contained in the Texas Property Tax Code, relative to legal, statutory and administrative requirements govern the Central Appraisal District of Bandera County (BANCAD).
