No-show and Late Arrival Policy--ALL appointments missed without a 24 hour cancellation notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed appointment before booking the next appointment. We give all of our clients a 15 minute grace period for their appointment. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule and will be charged a $15 late arrival charge.
