CLASS DESCRIPTION
STRENGTHENING: Jo leads us in an incredible & creative total body/core workout, using weights, balls, bands & mats. As we build muscle, we burn fat...YAE!
ZUMBA: Sherrie have the moves baby! We get our "dance fix" while learning dances to the latest music, as we laugh & enjoy an hour getting our groove on!! Come play with this fun workout!
PIYO: This is a great combination of Pilates and Yoga. It will stretch & strengthen every muscle you have. It will help keep you young & strong!
