Mentoring Program

Even Me
Will focus on developing one-on-one relationships with troubled teens and adolescents fostering growth as well as promoting self esteem to produce self supporting adults.

Hidden Treasure
Will focus on transitioning special needs individuals into independent adulthood. Teaching life skills that will be vital in preparing them to live alone. Also focusing on social skills to prepare them for the workforce.


Investing Program

Money management program
Educating on the importance of financial awareness. Learning to live on a budget, maintaining and balancing a checking account as well as a savings account.
How to plan for the future. Discuss the various forms of investments that are available (i.e. stocks, bonds, 401K).

Nurturing Programs

Cradle Care
Geared to teach parenting skills and offer support groups to new and soon-to-be new mothers and fathers.

Crowned Jewel
Designed to work with mothers who have lost their children due to neglect. After the necessary due diligence, we will work closely with the courts to help reunite mother and child. We will ensure that any mandatory stipulations that the court requests (i.e. parenting classes) are completed by the family.

Training Program

Interview Skills
Provide individuals with essential tools needed to search and obtain employment. Assist with preparation of resumes, enhance interview skills. Focus on the importance of developing communication skills, maintaining a positive attitude, the importance of building professional relationships, as well as maintaining a positive rapport with co-workers.

Computer Skills
Provide a curriculum that provides basic computer skills to individuals that will bestow greater employment opportunities.

Educational Programs
Offer a variety of educational avenues in areas such as parenting skills, conflict resolution, teen dating, teen pregnancy, peer pressure, anger management, life skills, etc.

Village Program

The Chocolate MINT will partner with companies and churches within the community to provide job placement assistance to individuals who successfully complete our training program.
