The Chow Hall BBQ Pit is a Texas/Memphis fusion BBQ restaurant bringing some northern flair to southern taste. Our BBQ is extremely flavorful but not too spicy, smoked but not too smoky, and the sweet and savory is perfectly balanced -- it’s old-fashioned, pit-smoked American BBQ. Everything is handmade from scratch each day, so nothing is frozen or pre-packaged. The meats are dry rubbed then smoked low and slow with hickory and cherrywood. The result is a flavorful, tender meat like you’ve never had before. Feel free to accent it with our many house-made sauces too.
At our spot, you’ll also find a general store and gift shop where you can watch local craftsmen behind glass refining their masterpieces as you stop in for a meal. If that’s not already enough, we also offer takeout, delivery, pig roasts, and full-service catering.
