The Citizen Wine Bar

The Citizen welcomes patrons with a simple promise; to deliver an honest dining experience showcasing quality, craft, and knowledge.

Since inception, The Citizen has been a destination to enjoy wine, cheese, and chocolate, and to celebrate these magical pairings without the price tag and fuss that often accompanies them. As our physical space expanded, so did our menu. We apply our expertise and craftsmanship to artisinal products such as house dry-aged steaks, house-butchered charcuterie, burgers & sandwiches, comfort dishes and unique monthly entrees. The Citizen offers a world-class drink and spirit program featuring balanced, fresh and authentic libations properly prepared by our bartenders.

OUR DINING ROOM (aka The People's Kitchen)
The Citizen's dining room, The People's Kitchen, is located upstairs above The Citizen and offers a spacious setting for an intimate dining atmosphere.

OUR SPEAKEASY (aka Still & Stir)
The Citizen's speakeasy, aptly named Still & Stir, is our professional cocktail bar located in the historic Waldo street jail.

Sun, 4:30 - 9pm
Serving Drinks Seven Days a Week, 4:30pm - 2am

The People's Kitchen:
Wed-Thurs, 4:30 - 10pm
Fri-Sat, 4:30 - 11pm

Still & Stir:
Fri-Sat, 6pm - 2am
