The Club is set amidst rolling fairways, natural preserves & lakes of the Strand and overlooks a sweeping array of home styles. Here, every homeowner enjoys the rewards of a Social Membership.
This grand, three story building was designed by Imre Ereg Architects of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The Clubhouse features stone balustrades, arched doors & windows, soaring ceilings and open terraces with views of the gardens and a sweeping staircase that leads to the Botanical Gardens.
The Club’s interiors were designed by Valentine & Stone Interiors of Bonita Springs, Florida. The interiors are a compelling vision of the Old South reminiscent of Charleston, South Carolina or Savannah, Georgia.
The rich mahogany and cherry woods enhanced with a subtle color palette of camel and tones of green, ranging from moss to hunter, blend together in the fabrics, prints and textures in the many intimate sitting areas found throughout The Club, while furnishings, artwork and accessories appear to have been amassed by a studied collector. Oil paintings depict Florida of yesteryear. Expansive windows feature Plantation shutters or elegant silk draperies with trimmings from Houles in Paris. The 55,000 square foot Clubhouse is the perfect place to enjoy lunch or dinner with family and friends or sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful and romantic gardens.
