The Club At Woodbridge

The Club at Woodbridge has everything you need to improve your mind and body!

-The fitness center has over 22,000 square feet devoted to resistance, free weights, cardio equipment, basketball, volleyball and indoor track.

-Three group exercise studios that have medically designed floating floors! Some our our classes include Body Pump, Body Flow, Body Combat, Body Step, RPM, Body Attack, ZUMBA, Yoga, TRX, Pilates, and multiple Senior designed classes.

- Four tennis courts and 8 Racquetball courts! Leagues, round robins, lessons and open play are available.

-The Indoor Pool offers water fun all year long! We offer lap swimming, lessons, exercise classes and rehabilitation programs.

-Physical Therapy/Sports Rehab which is available to both members and non-members only, with a doctor's referral. Our goal is to guide you in reaching your highest level of performance regardless of how you were injured.

-Our Locker Rooms are fully appointed with whirlpools, steamrooms, saunas, tanning and showers =]

-KIDSPORTS! 21,000 square feet of fun and fitness designed totally for kids. FREE 2hr. childcare for members while your working out! We also offer Weesport programs, summer camp and a State Certified full-day KINDERGARTEN and a full day / half day PRE-SCHOOL!
