We believe that all women should have affordable access to personal trainers! Meeting with a trainer 3 times a week at a traditional gym would cost hundreds, and after just a few months, thousands. Our program is extremely affordable, and we offer 3 different options, depending on what your personal fitness goals are.

All packages include a Full Body Comp with your trainer before and after your session ends.

She will take all measurements and calculate body fat percentage and Body Mass Index, so you can see your results side by side before and after your camp *measurements are taken every 4 weeks*!
