All packages include a Full Body Comp with your trainer before and after your session ends.
She will take all measurements and calculate body fat percentage and Body Mass Index, so you can see your results side by side before and after your camp *measurements are taken every 4 weeks*!
Also includes a 30 Day nutritionist created Meal Plan with Printable Grocery Lists and family-friendly recipes!
