The Coop

The Coop has been a long four year process which was conceived and made real by fifth generation Oregonians. The building started out as an abandoned house in the Northeast area of Portland, which was then bought and gutted by owner Solomon Florea. The property has been designed and built with local Oregon labor and wood. The end result is a hand-crafted, chic and unique barn house restaurant that has a cozy "at home" feel.

The menu is centered around rotisserie style meat that has been cooked to tender, juicy perfection. It will include family style platters, allowing you to choose your own meats and sides, and sandwiches created by our chef Joe (Last name). The bar is stocked with local beers and wines, and classic-style cocktails.

We are a close-knit team and staff with a shared goal to provide good, local food at a reasonable price.
