Our vision was to create a year round cottage community which blends the feeling of vacation with modern living, and we accomplished what we set out to do! We searched all over New England for the perfect backdrop for our low maintenance luxury cottage style homes and found it on 24 gently rolling acres in West Newbury, Massachusetts. Our community is set high atop the banks of the Merrimack River with pastoral views of the country side.
