The Country Fisherman is a family buffet featuring seafood items on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights and Southern food on the lunch buffet.
"World Class" desserts and a full salad bar are featured at all times. The hot foods, fish, and dessert items are prepared on site daily, crafted from recipes developed by Peggy Harris Tuma at the original Prentiss location in 1988.
