The Crystal Room Bistro

The Crystal Room Bistro - located in Gallucci Hall on Grant St in Akron - is operated by the students, faculty and staff of Summit College's Hospitality Management Program. Our menu offers a variety of excellent choices including wings, quesadillas, homemade soups, salads, specialty sandwiches, wraps, Panini's, and daily lunch specials prepared and served by our students. Delicious! Carry-out orders are also available when you're running the fast pace.

Our students, under the direct supervision of certified chefs, offer a professional and comfortable "come as you are" atmosphere for everyone. The Crystal Room is also available for special events or meetings - large or small. Let us be your event planner!
