Our cuisine is influenced by the flavorful Creole cuisine, with Contemporary Louisiana; with influences of the Southwest, California, and Asia on the foods of Louisiana using fresh local and seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include Lump Crabmeat and Brie Soup, Seafood Stuffed Soft Shell Crab, Duck and Waffles, Coconut Cake with Creme Anglaise.
