The Dearborn Hills Surgical Institute is a multi-specialty surgical practice providing care in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgery.

Our Physicians
Dr. Nouha Alammar is board certified in Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery. She is a graduate of The Michigan State University of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing. she has special interests in minimally invasive sinus surgery, sleep apnea, rhinology, allergy, and rhinoplasty. Dr. Alammar has been practicing in the Macomb, Michigan area since the completion of her training and has now joined DHSI.


Dr. Ramsey Hammoud is a board certified general orthopedic surgeon with a wide scope of practice that includes arthroscopic surgery, fracture care, joint replacements, and surgery of the hand. He is also a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hammoud's post-graduate training was completed through The Michigan State University Statewide Campus system at St. John Providence health and he now serves as an assistant clinical professor at Michigan State University. He comes to the DHSI after spending 7 years in another local private practice.
