We are Located at 360 S. La Brea Ave and 12323 Ventura Blvd, Studio City. The Den Meditation is situated LA's hottest neighborhoods, surrounded by coffee shops, juice bars, yoga studios and high-end restaurants. With large windows, exposed brick walls, and comfortable seating, our studio has a feeling of serenity and comfort, much like your own home. Its expert instructors provide the best guided meditation classes in the LA Metro, and create an environment where both novice and experienced meditators are comfortable growing and strengthening their practice. Class offerings include a 20-minute DENexpress, an uplifting AM Energizer, a serene, candlelit Evening Unwind, as well as workshop series, weekend seminars and advanced instruction opportunities.
