The Desert Walker

The book of Exodus in the Bible tells the story of how God led his people out of slavery, and to their Promised Land. But, it wasn’t an easy trip. After leaving Egypt, God’s people wandered in the desert for years, often learning things the hard way and repeating the same mistakes again and again. Though God became frustrated with their stubbornness and unwillingness to listen to Him and live within the guidelines He set, He continued to provide for them, and teach them how to do life His way.

For over two decades, I've wandered around in my own desert, learning life’s lessons the hard way, just as God’s people did centuries ago. Just as He did for them, He has provided, protected, and blessed me. I use this blog to share what I'm learning along the way.
