Matthew Donovan is a long time residence of the Siesta Key area and graduate of the University of Florida. Matthew joined Fairway Funding in 2010 as a Senior Loan Officer with experience in a variety of lending sources but mainly specializing in condominium types and single family homes. Not only is Matthew a fifteen year veteran loan officer but he is a licensed real estate agent as well. Being a lender as well as an agent allows Matthew to fully understand all sides of your transaction and answer any questions you may have.
