Andrew graduated from Indiana University and grew up in Indiana before relocating to Tampa Bay. He enjoys all sports but his favorite is basketball as he still plays regularly but he also regularly watches football and baseball. He enjoys traveling, fast cars, reading and investing, technology and is always looking for new things to learn. He also enjoys time coaching his daughter Isela in basketball.

Angela Duncan is the co- leader of Tampa Bay's Most Innovative Real Estate Team and the co-owner of RE/MAX Dynamic. As the team's CFO & Office Manager, Angela's focus is on helping our clients and team members to achieve their real estate and personal goals by concentrating on the growth of the company and its agents. Angela helps manage the staff and transaction coordinators as well as manage the finances and systems of the business. Angela's role changes daily with our dramatic growth and her varied skills allow her to insert herself wherever is needed. While Andrew may be the more visible leader in the media and promotions and hosting the radio show, Angelas leadership behind the scenes helps the team serve clients more effectively, improve customer service, and constantly improve the companys systems. Angela spent 10 years in the banking and investment industry before joining Andrew to build a real estate team like no other.

She also focuses on the teams community support and outreach through various charities. The Duncan Duo and their team dont just provide financial support to charities but are actively involved and volunteer with the following charity organizations: Tampa Bay YMCA, Metropolitan Ministries, The Children's Home, Julie Weintraub's Hands Across the Bay and the Children's Miracle Network.

Angela graduated from California State University San Marcos and enjoys spending time with their daughter Isela. In her spare time she enjoys reading, investing, traveling, spending family time, running and helping members of The Duncan Duo team lead a debt free life.
