Executive Orlando Amaro creates global dishes from Moroccan Tagines to Valenican Paellas to Wood Stone Oven Roasted Whole Fish to Overnight Briased Short Ribs inspired by his international culinary experience in Venezuela, Mexico, and Spain as well as from the world travel experiences of the other two Co-Owners, Linda Brown Rivelis and Steven Rivelis.
