The Elms Assisted Living

The Elms has grown to meet the increasing needs of so many seniors who want to call The Elms their home. In 2000, Guy opened up the Carriage House at The Elms, and in 2010, Chestnut Cottage, the regions only stand alone communities dedicated to the care of those with Alzheimer's and other dementias. These two facilities on our Elms Campus, have earned national recognition for its good works on behalf of its residents.
