The Field House

Our facility is comprised of 4k square foot outdoor cross fit area and 15k square feet of free weights, machine weights and cardio equipment. This equals 19k square feet of pure fitness freedom.
The uniquely selected machines and free weights, along with classes and dry sauna create the ultimate fitness environment.
Memberships include a free initial consultation and an equipment orientation on proper use with one of our personal training experts.

With Smoothie D’s conveniently located in house it allows for easy access to both smoothies and supplements 24 hours a day.
