The Fire Mountain School of Resilience Training and Centered Martial Arts

Our modern, 2000 square foot facility offers our students a clean and safe place for training resilience and Centered martial arts. We offer Shen Shing Wu Chan Kung Fu, Ba Gua, Wu Chan Tai Chi, Fascia Gong, Qi gong, and weapons training. We also offer a unique system for training the passive quality of resilience into an active skill and from an active skill into a dependable tool for then into a usable tool for enhancing life, building centered power, and recovering from adversity.
