The Fit Factory

Have you had a gym membership lately? How hard did you push yourself, or were you worried about looking too unfit in front of the obvious gym junkies? The Fit Factory offers group fitness classes and personal training for all fitness levels! We currently offer a variety of classes to help you achieve your fitness goals. At The Fit Factory you are not on your own. You will be encouraged and motivated and we will celebrate together each goal achieved!
