We strongly push semi-private training because studies have shown camaraderie, support, and accountability will encourage positive behavior change that transcends into improved results. We not only want to increase the client to trainer relationship but primarily initiate a client to client relationship. We want you to not only support each other inside the studio but outside as well.
Many are mistaken about what is actually needed to gain fitness results. We are trying to get away from the “no pain no gain” mentality. We have the intellect and experience to provide that approach if preferred but it is unnecessary. We center our program design on stability, mobility, and functionality which are often neglected, and are essential for gaining results and promoting optimal health.
