About the owner/instructor:
Kim Dawson, MS, HFS
Kim has over 20 years of experience in group fitness and personal training. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in clinical wellness and a Master of Science degree in College Teaching with a Physical Education emphasis. She is Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (for over 14 years) and currently travels the country educating future fitness professionals by teaching ACSM certification workshops for Fitness Education Network.
