The FITZ POLICY
The FITZ is a Teen Consignment Shop that only accepts name brand clothing and accessories in excellent condition.
We Specialize in Name Brands for Teens, Young Adults, Scrub Uniforms, Maternity Wear, Work-Out Gear and Home-Decor
RULES FOR SELLING CLOTHES TO THE FITZ
• Clothing must be brought in clean: freshly laundred and neatly folded. All clothing must be in excellent condition; meaning NO holes, missing buttons, foul odors, or soiled items. Only 30 items per person per day. By following these rules, items can be out on the floor quickly and The Fitz can continue to buy clothes without appointments.
• Clothing must be within the last 1-2 years, seasonally correct, and in style.
• The Fitz decides the price of merchandise based on judgment of employee. There are 2 options for selling clothes: 1) 50% TRUE CONSIGNMENT 2) 40% in-store credit. In-store credit does not have to be spent on the same day; you will receive a receipt for the remaining un-used balance. It never expires BUT you MUST have receipt with you to redeem the credit.
• Persons bringing in items to sell must return within 5 business days to settle-up and remove your returns and collect your $ or in-store credit receipt OR they automatically become property of The FITZ. This is to prevent over-flow of our limited storage space.
• Items must be brought in 1 hour prior to closing or they will be settled-up with the next business day No Exceptions.
