The Flats at East-West University

The Flats at East-West University will consist of 70 fully-furnished, air-conditioned suites in three configurations:
*one-bedroom, one-bathroom
*two-bedroom, one-bathroom, double occupancy suites with a common living area (2 residents per bedroom)
*three-bedroom, double occupancy two-bathroom apartment with a common living area (2 residents per bedroom)

All apartments have a kitchen that includes a cooktop stove, a full-size refrigerator, a sink, cabinets, and countertop space. The Flats, located within the Student Life Center (SLC), offers free wireless internet service throughout the entire building (including resident rooms and lounges), a multi-purpose seminar room, a fitness center, coffee shop and restaurant on the first floor, free laundry facilities on every other floor, a community lounge area and large TV with comfortable seating. All residents are issued an access card for entry at the 24-Hour Security Desk. There are closed-circuit security cameras located throughout the building. Public transportation and train stations are within close proximity.

The Residence Life Staff, which consists of Resident Assistants and professional staff, provides supervision of the building in accordance with East-West University policies and procedures. Residence Life also strives to create a sense of community through educational and social programming and serves as a resource to all residents.
