The Free Man

The idea behind The Free Man is to combine our great food, music, and atmosphere to make a new “destination” in the area.

We know that our first priority is making the location work as a delicious cajun cafe that will bring people into Deep Ellum from all over Dallas.

We want people to trust that when they come down to The Free Man, they are going to have a good time and have a unique lunch or dinner experience. We hope to make The Free Man into a cornerstone of the resurgence of Deep Ellum.

The day starts with a well priced lunch, with food to die over.

Come back in for Happy Hour from 4-7 PM $2 Ziegen & Shock Top drafts, $5 Frozen drinks and selected half price appetizers.

We have live jazz on Friday & Saturday nights from 7-10
Plus live Jazz on Sundays from 2-5 in the afternoon.
