The Gables

A beautiful grand venue located on Bush Dairy Road approximately one half of a mile from highway 15 North. The Gables is located on 13 acres of rolling pasture land. It is a multi level venue with a courtyard. Located on floor level, there is a grand ballroom, a conference room, and an atrium in addition to restrooms, offices, kitchen and storage. Located upstairs are two additional rooms for brides dressing room/meeting room and groom dressing room/meeting room and a balcony overlooking grand ballroom.

The Foyer is a spacious grand two story room 14’x 44’. It has an overlook with beautiful ironwork railing. It is large enough to accommodate a reception/registry area or buffet tables. A covered portico receives it.

The Grand Ballroom is spacious 84’x86’ room opening into an atrium that maybe closed or opened onto a courtyard overlooking a pond. It has a beautiful ironwork staircase with a balcony. This feature is perfect for weddings, photographs and speakers. The ballroom will seat approximately 425 for a plated meal, 600-650 for a cocktail reception and 750 for conference seating. The ballroom is equipped with speakers and a large screen for audio/visual. The size of this room offers the space available to host large events, which is much needed in this area.

The Conference Rooms is located right off the beautiful foyer. It is a spacious 38’x36’ room with also opens to the atrium and courtyard. The conference room will seat 72 for a plated meal, 100-125 for a cocktail reception and 150 for conference seating. It is equip with speakers and a 65” smart TV for audio/visual needs.

The Atrium is a beautiful 16’x104’ space which opens out to a beautiful courtyard. This is a perfect space for buffet tables or seating for up to 100 guests or an overflow area.

The second floor features a balcony overlook a bridal suite/meeting room and grooms suite/meeting room. The balcony/ overlook has beautiful iron railing and is designed to provide seating for 50 people, perfect area for photographs for large parties, bridal parties and bouquet/garter toss. The bridal suite has a 10 station dressing vanity, beautiful 3-way mirror with chandelier for that perfect bridal portrait, refreshment area, conversation area, and a private restroom. The groom’s suite is a spacious room with its on 50” TV, Xbox 360 with controllers and games, conversation area and refreshment area. Each room is equipping with a small refrigerator and lockers to secure personal items.

Courtyard – Is a beautiful space 125x50 over looking a pond. It is enclosed with fence of iron railing and brick columns. This area will accommodate approximately 400 for wedding/conference seating, 300 for plated dinner and 400 for cocktail reception. The courtyard is designed to provide an outdoor space overlooking beautiful pastureland and pond.

The covered Portico is designed as a drive thru, an area for the bride and groom to leave or a receiving area as guest arrives. It has a grand doorway with gas lanterns.

This venue is designed to accommodate events from weddings, corporate functions, weekly meetings, outdoor events and intimate parties. A large commercial kitchen is included to facilitate any event along with table linens in various colors, tables and chairs.
