What We Do:
Organic Gardening: We tend an organic garden where we grow vegetables, herbs, grains and fruits.
Animal Care: We care for chickens, rabbits, honeybees and goats. The bees pollinate the flowers so that the fruit and vegetables will grow, and we enjoy their honey when they have enough to spare. The manure from the animals enriches the soil for our garden, and the eggs from the chickens are delicious and nutritious!
Sharing Table: Our harvest goes on our Sharing Table where all people are welcome to help themselves to vegetables and eggs that are healthy for our bodies and the Earth. Other goodies occasionally find their way to this table as well.
Community Garden: Garden plots are available for anyone who would like to grow their own organic vegetables. We offer support and education through the seasons. This is a great family activity!
Adopt-A-Tree: Volunteers keep trees free from invasive plant growth.
Meadow: We nurture a meadow in order to provide a habitat for wildlife, birds and plants to thrive and to support soil health.
Children and Schools: We work in collaboration with schools to provide children of all ages with meaningful experiences in the natural world and with teachers to encourage these activities. Programs are also offered for children and families.
Spirituality and Community: Throughout the year, we welcome people for prayer, education and fellowship. Our Solstice and Equinox Prayers, picnics, and movie series are some of these events.
