The GIM

the GIM is a gym with all the equipment i used at Boot Camp but in a facility 3 times larger allowing me to bring in bigger gym equipment. We use kettlebells, dumbbells, BOSU balls, battle ropes, tractor tires, olympic rings, resistance bands, wall balls, squat racks, pull up station and i have added 6 pieces of commercial grade leg and butt equipment.

This facility is sure to get you in top shape and you will never repeat the same workout. Always new workouts, always challenging you and having fun while working on your fitness :)

tues and thurs CARDIO class 11:30am
Mon, wed 4pm
Mon, tues, wed, thurs 5pm

Mon, thurs 7pm

Saturdays 8:30am $5 super Saturdays cash at the door
