Providing classes, workshops, teacher trainings, spa and astrological services, women's circle, spiritual counseling, and most importantly, a like-minded social community, the studio cultivates overall wellbeing on a foundation of inclusivity with a family-like sense of belonging.

About their teacher training...Registered with the Yoga Alliance, this 200-hour certification is designed to cultivate teachers who are able to express their unique spirit, strengths, and passions through yoga. Participants complete with a toolbox full of inspiration and practical approaches to creating classes that inspire and truly make a difference for others. As a teacher, you will be trained to teach 3 versatile methods: Chakra Yoga™, AromaYIN™, and Total Training™.
