The Gospel According to Scrooge

You are cordially invited to experience “The Gospel According to Scrooge,” a Christian adaptation of the Old Time Classic based on the novel, “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. This entertaining and touching production for the entire family has become a family tradition for many.

Tight-fisted, money-loving, joy-hating, old man Ebeneezer Scrooge can’t stand the joy of Christmas and wants nothing more than to squelch the spirit of this grand holiday. Set in Victorian England, the story revolves around a man who has been ruined by life’s cruel twists and turns, an unfortunate childhood and an even more wretched adulthood. His only wish is to make the rest of the world as unhappy as he is.

All of your favorite characters will be present: Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim, the eerie night-time visitors and of course, the old miser himself; Ebeneezer Scrooge.

Through gifted acting, humor, dancing, and singing we watch as Ebeneezer’s cold, legalistic heart begins to melt. This production features a cast and crew of 100, elaborate, state of the art sets and lighting and authentic costumes of the day.
