The Green Goat

The Green Goat is a food truck located In the Yacht Club on College in Fayetteville, AR. Our hours are seasonal and switch with daylight savings time. We serve finely crafted Cuban cuisine that is distinctly Florida-Cuban style with a touch of our own Ozark cuisine.

Our Cuban dishes are a particular favorite. Try the Classic Cubano with yuca fries as a great place to start. We also offer platters, empanadas, tacos, and Cuban sides. Although we love Cuban food, many times we use it as a jumping off point to inspire new creations such as the famous Off the Rails Cubano with mango-jalapeno-pineapple jam and goat cheese with country ham and mojo-marinated pork.

Our owner, Erin Walsh, started in the restaurant business when she was only 10 years old -- washing dishes in a family owned restaurant. She has been a head chef on an Alaskan cruise line and practiced her skills at a 5-star restaurant in the Grand Canyon. After a travelling, she landed in Florida and developed a love for Cuban cuisine.
