The Grill is the premier Canyon Country area restaurant providing guests with a complete culinary experience when it comes to enjoying traditional Mediterranean cuisine with a twist! The Grill was created to bring high quality kabobs to the neighborhood. With a background as deep as 20 years in the wholesale meat industry, the family decided to enter the retail side and deliver the best meats to their customers.

Every item that we serve comes from original family recipes passed down through generations. Each item is made fresh daily using some of the highest grade ingredients. In the morning, the team gets to work early to get started on boiling the fresh un-canned garbanzo beans for the hummus, grilling tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers for the grilled vegi-mix and preparing the unfrozen fresh meat with secret house spices. At The Grill, our menu offers everything from kabobs to seafood. We make-to-order an array of vegetarian items, ranging from familiar dishes, such as hummus, falafel and taboule.
