The Grove at Milledgeville

The Grove is a fully loaded college living experience! We offer 3 bedroom/ 3 bath apartments as well as 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartments. They come fully furnished with a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in each apartment! Each bedroom is lockable, has it's own private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet!

The Grove provides our residents with high speed internet and a fully loaded premium cable package including 7 HBO channels. We also include all utilities!

Living at The Grove allows you access to the clubhouse, also known as The Spot! There are many forms of entertainment at The Spot. We provide our residents with a coffee bistro, a computer center, fitness center, two stand-up tanning booths, and a movie room.


Thats not all!! Outside The Grove offers it's residents grills, fire pits, volleyball and basketball courts, an awesome swimming pool, with tables and lounge chairs for soaking up the rays.

We are within walking distance, with a quick 5 minute walk to Georgia College!
