The Gym for Women

The Gym for Women has been serving Central Vermont since 2002. We have two floors of equipment to meet everyone's needs. From the beginner to the more advanced exerciser we offer a variety of options to get a great workout in... we have strength training equipment, free weights, elipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes, spin bikes, arc trainers and octane equipment. We offer more than 80 classes a month, as well as personal training and nutritional consultation. Tanning and Sauna are also available to both members and non-members. Prices for memberships range from $35 for a basic membership, which includes unlimited use of all the exercise equipment, to $65 which includes unlimited use of EVERYTHING ~ equipment, tanning, sauna, classes ~ all at one low price!!
