The Harrison Royal Oak

Construction is underway on the one-of-a-kind apartment and townhouse development, The Harrison Residences, in Downtown Royal Oak. Located off of Main Street on Harrison, the new residences are slated to open early spring 2016.

The luxurious new development will transform a 100,00 square foot building into 75 residential apartments that exude a South Beach meets New York chic boutique hotel feel. Resting on four beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of Downtown Royal Oak, The Harrison Residences will feature one- and two-story units – 11 Garden Bungalows, 24 1-story 1-bedroom units, 15 1-story Townhouses and 25 2-story Townhouses – surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass with 16 to 20-foot ceilings, private garden bungalows and patios (15 to 16-foot in size). The interiors of the residences will feature a warm, earth-tone palette for the furniture and accents. Italian Kitchen cabinetry, and bathrooms bathed in Italian porcelain tiles. Some of the residences will have walk-in tiled showers with Rainforest showerheads.

Residents will also enjoy 24-hour on-call service, car port or garage parking, concierge service that includes dog walking, dry cleaning, grocery delivery and housekeeping. All residents will also have access to the exercise facility and a partially enclosed common-space rooftop Skylounge terrace that is designed to accommodate the changing Michigan seasons and will be decorated with chaise lounges, lanterns and a fire pit.
